Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 14, 2026

Endura Consulting (Pty) Ltd ("Endura," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with our products (DRAFT and BLVNK). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Overview

We offer different refund policies for different products and subscription types:

  • DRAFT (Student/Individual Plans): 7-day money-back guarantee
  • BLVNK (Accounting Firm Plans): 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days
  • Monthly Plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of charge

2. DRAFT Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Pro & Ultimate)

Eligibility:

  • Refund available within 7 days of initial charge
  • Refund available within 7 days of any renewal charge
  • Account must have been created less than 30 days ago (for initial charge refunds)

Process:

  1. Email support@enduraservice.co.za with subject "DRAFT Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process within 3–5 business days
  4. Refund issued to original payment method
Payment processing fees (1.5% + R2 per transaction) are non-refundable per our payment processor's (Paystack) policy.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions (Pro & Ultimate)

Eligibility:

  • Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, refunds considered on case-by-case basis

Calculation:

Refund Amount = Total Paid − (Monthly Equivalent × Months Used)

Example: Annual Pro R2,160/year → used 15 days → Refund: R2,160 − (R180 × 0.5) = R2,070

2.3 Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Available

  • After 7 days (monthly plans) or 30 days (annual plans)
  • Multiple refund requests (3+ times, no further refunds)
  • Abuse or policy violations
  • Used discount codes (discounted plans are final sale unless within standard refund window)
  • Third-party purchases (contact the bootcamp or partner)

3. BLVNK Refund Policy

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Pro & Scale Plans)

  • Refund available within 30 days of initial charge
  • Refund available within 7 days of renewal charges
  • Must have processed fewer than 100 invoices

3.2 Annual Subscriptions (Pro & Scale Plans)

  • Pro-rated refund within 60 days of purchase
  • After 60 days, no refunds

Calculation:

Refund = Total Paid − (Monthly Rate × Months Used) − Setup Fee

Example: Annual Scale R48,000 → 2 months used → R48,000 − (R4,000 × 2) − R5,000 = R35,000

3.3 Setup Fees

Non-Refundable:

  • Onboarding/training
  • Data migration from old systems
  • Custom integrations

Refundable (partial):

  • If we fail to deliver setup within promised timeframe, setup fee refunded
  • 4. Special Circumstances

    4.1 Service Outages

    If Endura experiences significant downtime (>24 hours continuous): automatic pro-rated credit for affected period, applied to next billing cycle.

    4.2 Billing Errors

    Full refund of incorrect charge within 24 hours, plus 1 month goodwill credit. Email support@enduraservice.co.za immediately.

    4.3 Compassionate Refunds

    We understand life happens. Full refund regardless of timeframe for: serious illness, natural disaster, company closure, or military deployment.

    Your account email, product & plan, date of charge, and reason for refund (optional).

    We Process Your Request

    Standard refunds: approved automatically, 3–5 business days. Compassionate refunds: approved immediately, 24 hours.

    Receive Your Refund

    SA cards: 1–3 days · International: 5–10 days · EFT: manual transfer within 5 days · Mobile money: 3–7 days.

    7. Chargebacks

    Please don't file chargebacks. Contact us first—we'll resolve it faster. Email support@enduraservice.co.za and we'll refund you directly (faster, no fees for either party).

    If you file a chargeback: we'll provide transaction records to your bank, we're charged a R100 processing fee by Paystack, and if the chargeback is approved, your account is permanently banned.
